A vinyl-loving house head dedicated to the art of DJing. Some say he built the interior of his home entirely out of vinyl records and old turntable parts. It is said he even uses turntable needles as toothpicks. All we know for sure is that, with over 15 years of experience behind the decks, NK (short for ‘Nachtklank’) has perfected his craft of moving the masses with his signature blend of soulful and disco-infused cuts, sprinkled with some of that old school hip-hop flavour. From his monthly gigs at A.M. Club in Ghent and appearances at Bruksellive & legendary Belgian club La Rocca, to his involvement in local collectives Deep Sessions & Upper Cuts, NK lives for the love of drawing people into his music. Both within and beyond (Slovenia, Paris, London,..) the borders of our tiny country. A seasoned curator with the skills to match, keep your eyes and ears peeled as he prepares for his first own releases and the launch of a brand new label throughout the year to come.
